The organising forums will be interactive and focused on key issues facing the union movement. We will bring examples of innovative organising from around the world focusing on issues like Just Transition, organising gig workers and making the most of the new ILO fundamental right by organising around OSH. We will also reinforce best practice in having persuasive conversations and telling workers stories to move people to action. This includes getting out into the field with one of Australia’s largest unions.
